Using Voicemail
When you first receive your SIM you will need to set up the message(s) that you wish people to hear if they call while you are unavailable.
Our system allows you to set up nine different messages and you can then select which message is to be applied at any given time.
For example
"Sorry I can't take your call as I'm in a meeting at the moment - leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can", or
"Thanks for your call - I'm travellling at the moment ....
".... I'm on holiday today but will be back in the office on ..."
Each of the message is associated with a number (1-9) and you just select via the options and prompts which message you want to be applied.
To access and set up voicemail:
Dial 500 from your handset
Respond to the prompts (e.g. 5 - Advanced options allows you to set up your messages)
You can access your received voicemail messages via your handset or via your email account.
