Port Existing Number

Port your existing geographic number to our network, either to go onto a SIM or to be forwarded to a SIM. We can currently port numbers from BT Openreach, Thus (Your Comms), Virgin Media (NTL and Telewest), Magrathea, Gamma, COLT, Viatel, Opal, Cable & Wireless (Energis & London).

Later in 2012, it will be possible for your Mobile number to also be transferred but please note that you would be liable for any cancellation charges or outstanding contract costs incurred with your current provider.

Start by contacting us with the details of the number to be ported, we will send you copies of the documentations that need to be completed which need to be returned along with a copy of the most recent telephone bill.

Porting timescales can vary depending on how quickly we receive all the correct documentation and agreement from your current telecoms provider. Between 14 and 36 days is usual, but exceptional circumstances may delay the process.

Porting Charge for a single line is £25.00 plus VAT
